Automated paint dispenser mahcine with computer software , colorant tinting machines


Brief introduction

YJ-1A-16D automatic dispenser have 16 stianless steel canisters,control by PC or computer. It can be put PC,or LCD displayer and keyboard.There is a USB cable to connect the computer and the dispenser machine. The dispenser machine is driven by our own software. We can also make our software to work with customer's color software by the way of reading its formula file.


Features

• Each canister is equipped with pistom pump , and it's minimum dispensing amount is 0.077ml.As the canister and pump are installed into united module, disassemble,repair or replace independently, the user can operate the machine easily

• Automatic stirring inside the canister keeps the colorant from precipitating and in a good state.Ceramic valve structure, with good corrosion resistance and good sealing,stable and reliable.The undispensed nozzle will dispense a little colorant in a specified time to keep the colorant from drying,which can effectively prevent the nozzle from blocking.

• Adjustable upward speed and dispensing speed of every colorant.Driver software use the same Flink.dat file as CPS/Hero/Lenteq,and Formula.txt file as TECMEC,it’s compatible with worldwide major color software.

1. How many canisters?
12 , 14 , 16 , 24 caniters for option.

2. Can I use our own color software?
-YIJIU software can read Flink.dat file ( which is the formula file created by CPS / Hero / Lenteq ) and dispense according to the data of Flink.dat file.

- If your color software create other formula file rather than the Flink.dat file, you can send to us for checking if we can make our YIJIU software to read it.

-If you have no color software, you can manage the formula data in YIJIU software directly.

3. Which the dispensing accuracy?
1/384Y or 0.077ml

4.What' the dispensing speed?
0.25L per min

5. Which is the maximum weight , volume and sizes of pails can be placed into the dispenser machine table.
The maximum diameter of the bottom pail:340mm
The maximum height of the pail: 490mm
within above size of diameter and height will be OK.
